Robert O. Brinkerhoff, EdD.
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

An internationally recognized expert in training effectiveness and evaluation, Rob is the principal architect of The Advantage Way system. He heads our Advantage Way thought leadership team.

Rob’s breakthrough ideas have been heralded by learning industry leaders ranging from Donald L. Kirkpatrick to Dana Gaines Robinson, and adopted by dozens of top-tier organizations. He is the author of Telling Training’s Story and The Success Case Method and High Impact Learning. He recently co-authored, with Tim Mooney, Courageous Training: Bold Actions for Business Results.

Rob is a Professor, Emeritus at Western Michigan University where he was responsible for graduate programs in human resource management. A keynote speaker at hundreds of conferences worldwide, he is an ISPI Award of Excellence recipient and has received many other industry awards. He earned a Doctorate in Program Evaluation at the University of Virginia.

Peg Ruppert
ADVANTAGE PARTNER, LEAD CONSULTANT

Peg is an Advantage Performance partner and a highly successful consultant who focuses on helping organizations prepare their people to succeed. She specializes in leader development, sales process improvement, sales management, and customer service. For more than 20 years, Peg has consulted to organizations across a broad range of industries. She earned a B.A. in Business Communications and an M.A. in Adult Education and Development from the University of Cincinnati.

Mary Steiner
ADVANTAGE PARTNER, LEAD CONSULTANT

Mary is an Advantage Performance partner and highly experienced senior consultant who specializes in building clients’ skills and knowledge in sales, leadership, and business acumen. And Mary links learning to business results—always. She brings clients a deep understanding of business that is grounded by her experience as both a corporate leader and a corporate consultant. Mary earned B.S. degrees in Math and Computer Science from SDSU and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Jeff Tucker
